SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Joorey we strive to ensure you have an easy and straight-forward shopping experience. We pay all shipping, delivery, TAX and Customs charges on your behalf. This means that you will pay the price displayed on the product only. The Order delivery methods which are currently available are set out below. However we constantly strive to improve customer experience and may introduce additional delivery or collection methods across our shopping channels. Please check back frequently to see if more options have become available.

TAX and DUTIES DDP:

We ship to most locations on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be included in the product price. UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait are destinations we ship to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. Orders placed outside of our ordinary working hours (10am - 5pm) after the cut-off time and/or on any UAE public holiday will be deemed placed on the first UAE working day following the date on which the Order was submitted. Delivery timelines are estimates only. Please expect delays to your order delivery during the following times: promotional activity, sale season and bank holidays. We reserve the right to impose a re-delivery charge where your Order is not accepted at the address supplied to us on the confirmed date of delivery.

Track your order: 

Joorey offers DHL Express Worldwide and Express Domestic. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing an air waybill number, which you can use to track your order online. You can also follow delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account, followed by My Orders.

DHL as Joorey’s partner, also offers On Demand Delivery (ODD). The service allows you to have complete control over your shipment while it is on its way to you, giving you the option to make changes online based on your individual requirements. Simply follow the link provided to you via email sent to you and choose from a range of options including:

- Rescheduling your delivery for a nominated day

- Placing your shipment on hold if you are away from home

- Arranging to collect your order from a DHL service point

General Delivery Conditions:

Although we are strongly committed to delivering in the timelines estimated in our Order confirmation or displayed on our Website or above, delivery timelines are estimates only. Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of Order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement. It is your duty to ensure appropriate access for deliveries, including in particular but without limitation on Fridays. You must sign on receiving your delivery. A tracking number will be provided by email once your order is confirmed. You will then be able to use the tracking number to track your order.

Insurance:

JOOREY insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. On delivery, you will be asked to sign received your shipment. At this point, responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Joorey and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
